Day 1

03 December, Tuesday

Place: Auckland


03:55 – 05:00 Arrival to NZ. Passport and bio-controls. Please, don’t bring any undeclared food – the fine is 400 NZD!!! Please, read carefully this information. 

Meeting with a guide-driver in the arrival hall. Money exchange, buying adapters etc.

05:00 – 06:30 Transfer to the hotel in CBD. Earlier hotel check-in (hotel is booked starting from the 2nd of Dec). Rest.

10:00 – 17:00 Auckland city tour: Albert Park and Clock Tower of Auckland university, Mt Eden volcano, Silo Park with yachts marina and Harbor Bridge.

17:00 – 17:30 Driving to Sky Tower, registration, lifting to floor 52.

17:30 – 19:00 Dinner at the revolving restaurant Orbit.

On foot to the hotel.

15:30 – 17:00 Tour to glowworm caves (Spellbound Waitomo). There are more glowworms than in Glowworm Cave and only our group in the cave.

17:00 – 18:00 Driving to Cambridge. Hotel check-in.

Hobbiton, tour to New Zealand

Day 3

05 December, Thursday

Place: CambridgeTaupo


Breakfasts at a hotel.

09:15 – 09:30 Luggage loading to the van.

09:30 – 11:30 Driving to Taupo.

11:30 – 11:45 Tour check-in.

11:45 – 12:15 Jet boat riding with approach of Huka Falls. Hold on! The speed reaches 80 km/h.

12:30 – 14:00 Lunch at Huka Prawn Park restaurant (own expenses).

14:00 – 15:30 Observation of Huka Falls from lookouts. Walking along Waikato river’s shore to SPA Park in Taupo.

15:30 – 18:45 Hotel check-in, rest. Free time for shopping and walking along the lake’s shore. Take your togs.

18:45 – 19:00 Driving to Wairakei Terraces.

19:00 – 20:30 Observing local geothermal activity, soaking in the healing hot pools with blue water.

Returning to Taupo town. People who are interested in dining can visit any local restaurant.

12:30 – 13:30 Lunch at Pavilion restaurant in Wairakei Resort (own expenses).

13:30 – 14:15 Driving to Wai-O-Tapu geothermal park. Tour check-in

14:15 – 15:30 Walking in the most colorful geothermal area of New Zealand.

15:30 – 16:00 Driving to Te Pa Tu Maori village (former Tamaki).

Overnight stay in Marae at Maori village including private welcoming ceremony, village tour within a bigger group of tourists, traditional dancing show, dinner.

Breakfast in the village, departing at 9am.

09:00 – 11:00 Walking along Rotorua lake’s shore, visiting Government gardens, shopping.

11:00 - 11:30 Driving to Hamurana Springs.

11:30 – 12:30 Walking in the sacred Maori park with blue springs and giant sequoias.

12:30 - 12:45 Driving to SkyLine Rotorua.

12:45 – 13:00 Tour check-in, lifting by the gondola to Mt Ngongotaha.

13:00 – 14:30 Buffet lunch at Stratosphere restaurant (included in the tour price) and may be some people will want to try luge rides (own expenses).

14:30 – 15:00 Going down by the gondola, driving to National Kiwi Hatchery, tour check-in.

15:00 – 16:00 Kiwi bird observation.

16:00 – 19:00 Hotel check-in, relax on the shore of the lake.

19:00 – 20:45 Dinner at a restaurant (own expenses)

20:45 – 21:00 Driving to the forest.

21:00 – 22:00 Redwood Rotorua with giant sequoias suspended bridges and magical light effects. Sunset is at 19:47.

15:45 – 19:30 Driving to Te Anau.

Queenstown, tour to New Zealand

 Day 7

09 December, Monday


Breakfasts at a hotel.

08:45 Hotel check-out, luggage loading to the van.

09:00 – 12:30 Driving to Milford Sound with a couple of stops including Mirror Lake and falls on the track to Marian Lake (allow 1 hour for this experience).

12:30 – 13:00 Tour check-in. If the weather is good for the flight after the cruise, the guide will drive to Queenstown and should reach it at 18:00.

13:00 – 15:00 Milford Sound cruise including lunch.

15:00 – 16:00 Transfer to Milford airport, flight check-in.

16:00 – 16:30 Flying to Queenstown by a plane. Your driver will go to Queenstown by van, so you’ll be transferred to a hotel in Queenstown by a shuttle. If the weather is bad, we’ll drive all together.

Free time in Queenstown.

Mirror Lake, Fiordland, tour to New Zealand

Day 8

10 December, Tuesday

Place: Queenstown


Dart River Funyaks is an optional tour which costs 495 NZD per person. Please, let us know how many people will do it. Others will have a free time in Queenstown.

08:15 – 09:15 Driving to 45 Mull Street, Glenorchy for check-in and safety brief.

09:15 - 15:30 Dart River safari by funyaks. You’ll travel by rafts through pristine green waters. The tour includes riding by a jet boat. Light lunch is included in the tour. You should be finished and back in Glenorchy at approximately 15:30. The finish time can be dependent on the river conditions, the fast the groups are to paddle. 

15:30 – 16:30 Driving back to Queenstown. 

16:30 – 18:30 Changing and rest at a hotel. 

18:30 – 19:00 walking to the wharf (5 минут). Cruise check-in. 

19:00 – 23:00 Cruise by the steam ship TSS Earnslaw. Buffet dinner at Walter Peak Farmstead.

09:30 – 11:00 Free time in Arrowtown: we recommend you visiting local museum, tasting chocolate at local chocolatery, buying jewellery made of local gold and enjoying Arrowtown’s cafes.

11:00 – 11:30 Driving to Gibbston Valley Winery & Cheesery.

11:30 – 12:00 Wine tour and tasting. You are welcome to buy a cheese and/or meat plate.

12:00 – 13:30 Lunch at the Gibbston Valley Winery’s restaurant.

13:30 – 16:00 Driving to Clay Cliffs.

16:00 – 16:40 Walking in Clay Cliffs.

16:40 – 17:20 Driving to Twizel. Hotel check-in.

18:00 – 19:30 Diner at a local restaurant (own expenses).

Day 10

12 December, Thursday

Place: Twizel – Mt Cook - Tekapo


08:00 – 09:00 Luggage loading to van. Buying food for today’s lunch on the track. Driving to High Country Salmon.

09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast (own expenses) and feeding salmon.

10:00 – 11:30 Driving to Helicopter Line Mt Cook base with stops near stunning Pukaki Lake.

11:30 – 12:00 Tour check-in.

12:00 – 13:00 40-minutes heli flight with a snow landing. Weight limit is 120kg per person. It’s an optional tour which costs 595 NZD per person. Please, let us know how many people will do it. Others will have to wait in a café.

13:00 – 13:30 Driving to Hooker valley.

13:30 – 17:00 Hiking in Hooker valley, the track with 3 suspended bridges. Lunch on the track with brought food.

17:00 – 18:45 Driving to Tekapo.

18:45 – 20:00 Dinner at a local restaurant (own expenses).

Day 12

14 December, Saturday


Breakfasts at a hotel.

09:00 – 12:30 Christchurch city tour. You will see the Cathedral destroyed by devastating earthquake in 2011, a new Cathedral, Botanic gardens. We’ll ride local trams (Christchurch is a single city in NZ where they kept this type of transport) and then board a handcrafted punt for a relaxing guided tour on the Avon River. Travel through the tranquil Botanic Gardens and unwind as your Edwardian-attired punter offers an informative commentary on a 30-minute ride.

12:30 – 14:00 Lunch at a local cafe (own expenses).

14:00 - 14:30 Driving to Antarctic centre and tour check-in

14:30 – 16:30 Antarctic Centre tour.

Journey through modern day Antarctica and experience a taste of this unique and breathtaking continent without ever leaving Christchurch! It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, there’s hours of fun at the International Antarctic Centre for everyone. Antarctica is the coldest, driest and windiest place on earth and almost completely covered in snow and ice. Booking, payment, and cancellation terms and conditions:

1.            The main settlement currency is New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

2.            Payment is made by the Customer in NZD/USD/EUR to the Contractor’s account in a New Zealand bank. The invoice is issued at the exchange rate on the day of issuance and must be paid by the Customer within 3 banking days.

3.            To book the tour, the Customer must deposit 25% into the Contractor’s bank account.

4.            The remaining amount must be paid not later than 3 November 2024 inclusive (on November 3, the money must be on the Contractor’s account).

5.            All changes to this Contract must be made in writing as appendixes to the Contract, signed by the Customer and the Contractor.

6.            When canceling a tour at the initiative of the Customer, the following penalties apply:

6.1.        30 or more days before the start of the tour - 500 NZD + expenses actually incurred by the Contractor, if any (for example, non-refundable hotels, air fares etc.).

6.2.        29-15 days before the start of the tour - 25% of the tour price.

6.3.        14-8 days before the start of the tour - 50% of the tour price.

6.4.        7 or less days before the start of the tour - 100% of the tour price.

7.            Services paid but not claimed by tourists are non-refundable.

8.            In case of cancellation of the tour at the initiative of the Contractor, the Contractor returns 100% of the paid services to the Customer.

9.            If an activity is cancelled during the tour due to weather conditions, the rules of a provider apply. Usually in these cases 100% of an activity’s cost is refundable.
