Once you have selected all your activities, you need to purchase them following the instructions on the website.   • What is the best time to visit Australia?
    Australia is a diverse country that offers unforgettable experiences at any time of the year. If you're looking for a beach holiday, the best time to visit is from November to April. If you plan to explore the Red Centre, including Uluru and Kata Tjuta, the ideal time to go is from May to October to avoid the summer heat.
  • Should I register on the web-site?
    You can make a purchase without registration but we strongly advise you to create a personal account from which you can then control your itinerary, amend and cancel existing bookings and make new ones. You will find the Log In button in the main Header of the website available from each page.
  • What currency do you use for transactions?
    The main currency on the website is the New Zealand Dollar (NZD). However, you may choose to view prices in Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Euros, or Rubles by using the currency selector in the website's main header, which is available on every page.
  • What should I bring to an excursion?
    Please remember to bring the voucher that we sent you. It will contain the description of the tour and a list of all the items that are recommended for you to have during an excursion.
  • How to book an activity?
    Once you have selected all your activities, you need to purchase them following the instructions on the website. You can pay by a credit card or PayPal. Once a purchase is complete, your receipt will be sent to your authorized email address. A voucher containing the booking confirmation and all the important and necessary activity information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after payment. If something goes wrong and any of your activities is not confirmed by a provider, we will contact you to discuss all available options. If you are not satisfied with any of them, we will refund you 100% of a tour's cost.
  • What is the best time to visit New Zealand?
    It depends on your hobbies and preferences. Please read the article New Zealand Climate.
  • Do you provide discounts for the listed activities?
    Yes, we are happy to provide you 5-10% discount from retail prices of activities listed on our web-site. A discounted price is reflected on a page of each activity.
  • Can you arrange a private tour?
    Yes, we will be happy to arrange a tailored tour of New Zealand and/or Australia for you and your companions. Please, contact us.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Each activity has its own cancellation terms, based on the terms and conditions of the local provider & these can be found on the activity’s page. After you book an activity, the booking voucher you receive will outline the cancellation policy of that activity. If you have registered on the website, you will be able to amend and cancel your bookings from within your personal online account.
