06:00 – 10:00 Driving from Auckland to Wai-O-Tapu.
10:15 – 10:30 Observation of Lady Knox Geyser eruption.
10:30 – 11:30 Tour around Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland.
11:30 – 12:10 Driving to Rainbow Springs Rotorua.
12:10 – 13:00 All-Inclusive Entry to Rainbow Springs Park. Here you'll encounter lots of New Zealand endemics including a kiwi bird and tuatara lizard.
13:00 – 13:20 Make you way to Skyline Rotorua which is the doorstep to Rainbow Springs.
13:20 – 14:40 Gondola & Stratosfare Lunch.
14:40 – 15:00 Driving to Te Puia complex, an iconic destination for those wishing to immerse themselves in Maori culture and tradition and witness first-hand the power and spectacle of the geothermal forces that New Zealand is built on.
15:15 – 16:00 Day Pass to Te Puia + Cultural Performance.
16:00 – 16:30 Walking around Te Puia geothermal park, observation of Pohutu geyser eruption. This is the highest geyser in Australasia.
16:30 – 17:30 Walking around town centre: Government gardens, the lake embankment.
17:30 -21:30 way back to Auckland.
