Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees:
- 30+ days before a tour - 500 NZD.
- 29-15 days before a tour - 25% of a guide's services cost;
- 14-7 days before a tour - 50% of a guide's services cost;
- 6-0 days before a tour - 100% of a guide's services cost.
